Ye Nepal ki bahut purani recipe hai. Is ko bahut sare potatoes boil karke, saunf, methi dana, chamsur saag (jaise methi ka saag hota h y usi trh ka saag hota h), ko chota chota cut ker ke mash kiya jata h. Boiled potatoes ke sath mix ker ke ball banake dhup me sukhaya jata hai. Aaj ham isi dried ball ka soup banane ki recipe bata rahe hai. Ise Nepal me masaura soup kahte hai.

I always use this rich powdered milk tea in place of normal tea leaves in recipes because it's easier to boil down.If you add the black tea leaves to the batter straight away, they will absorb all of the moisture and the batter will become hard. I combined my favourite caramel and milk tea. It's easy to make using just one saucepan.It's quite sweet, so it might be better to reduce the amount of sugar and water? I like very sweet milk tea.If you don't make a rich-coloured caramel, it will just look like usual milk tea, so be careful. Recipe by Izumiuna
