Ingredients

2-3 people
  1. 1 1/2 cupyellow moong dal
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 4-5 tbspjaggery/jaggery powder
  4. 3-4cardamom
  5. as neededDry fruits(cashew,raisins,pistachios)
  6. 2 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker, add moong dal,cardamom and milk and pressure cook for 4 whistles.

  2. 2

    Once cooked,mix the dal slowly by cooking in the low flame.Add jaggery powder and cook until the jaggery gets fully dissolved in the mixture.

  3. 3

    Take tadka pan,add the ghee and dry fruits in the payasam.
