  3. 1/4 tablespoonsugar
  4. 1/2 tablespoonyeast
  5. 2 tablespoonpowdered milk
  6. 1/2 cupwarm water
  7. 1/2tspn of vanilla

    Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl including the yeast sugar and milk mix well add the flour little by little mix to form a soft dough add the butter and mix

    Beat the dough with hand for 5 minutes,place the dough in warm place until it doubles size

    Punch back the dough,place on working surface flatten with rolling pin use a cookie cutter to remove the shape

    Use nozzle to remove the middle shape arrange on parchment paper for easy handling while frying, allow to rise for the second time

    Fry on hot oil but not too hot,oo 😃 my sister or else it will burn fry till golden brown

    While doughnuts are still hot coat in sugar and enjoy 😋
