Simple Jellof Rice

This is one of the most simple way to make jellof rice.
I came back late and wanted to prepare something fast before my husband comes back and I already have parboiled rice and stew which I added in remaining pepper soup to, I also have fried fish which I forgot about until I've already added some raw ones.
At times I don't fry fish when cooking because my husband does not always likes fried fish or meat.

Special Fried Rice with Ankake Soup Special Fried Rice with Ankake Soup
I copied my father's original recipe for his leveled-up fried rice with ankake soup.Take care not to over-season when adding the soup in Step 1. It goes best with the fried rice if it's subtly flavored (should have a fairly weak taste). You shouldn't encounter any problems making this provided you take care when preparing the shrimp, green onions, and soup. Rice that has been fried until golden crispy!Normally short grain Japanese rice is used, but you could also use medium grain rice. But I found a short cut which is to use InnovAsian Sticky White Rice which goes for about $7 a box and saves you a lot of time!TIPS//It is best to to leave the sticky rice over night in the fridge before frying itAvocado oil is best for cooking crispy rice.
