Rice is an important part of traditional Chinese cuisine, according to historical records already existed since 4000 BC highly appreciate the existence of rice --- one way to utilize the rest of the dinner and reprocessed.   2. 75 grshrimp, peeled and roughly chopped
  3. 50 gronion, sliced lengthwise
  4. 50 grred paprika/morrón, cut into cubes
  5. 50 ggreen peppers, thinly sliced
  6. 3 pcscabbage, thinly sliced
  7. 1 handfulbean sprouts
  8. 1 bunchmustard greens (plant), thinly sliced
  9. 2 1/2 tbspsweet soy sauce
  10. 1 tbspsalty soy sauce
  11. 3/4 tsppepper
  12. 1/2 tspbroth powder (flavor of shrimp or chicken)
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. to tasteOil for frying
  15. GROUND SPICES:
  16. 8shallots
  17. 5 clovesgarlic
  18. 4cayenne peppers
  19. COMPLEMENTS:
  20. 100 grchicken, fried and shredded
  21. 5 pcsfried egg (sunny)
  22. 5 pcsprawn crackers
  23. 2 tbspfried onions

  1. 1

    Saute onion until fragrant, put ground spices and shrimp. Cook until shrimp changes color.

    Add red morrón and green peppers, saute until wilted.

    Add the rice and stir well. Add cabbage, sprouts and mustard greens. Stir again.

    Add soy sauce (salty + sweet), pepper, bouillon powder and salt. Stir until well blended.
