Ingredients

  1. 1 sachetmacaroni
  2. Chiken breast (boneless)
  3. 3tomato
  4. 3red bell peppers
  5. 3scotch peppers
  6. 1big onion
  7. 3 serving spoonoil
  8. 1& 1/2 tspn
  9. 4maggi cubes
  10. 1onga classic
  11. 1tspn curry & thyme
  12. 1large green pepper
  13. 1/2tspn black pepper
  14. Ginger & garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    First start by cutting the chicken breast into strips wash & add into a pot then add the ginger & garlic paste, black pepper & the 1/2 tspn salt & keep the other 1/2 tea spn for latter. Then add in the 1 serving spoon oil & keep frying & stirring for 10 minutes.

    In the mean time wash the tomato, red bell pepper, scotch pepper & onion & turn them into a paste either by grinding or blending, then fry them with some oil & set aside.

    When the chiken starts boiling then add in the maggi, salt & onga followed by the fried tomato paste then cover & allow to cook. When it’s almost cooked & begins to soften then add in the curry & thyme, & the chopped green pepper the cover again until the water drys out & it cooked then off the heat & serve.😋❤️
