Preferably the plantains should be unripe because if it’s ripen it will too soft, easily mashed & won’t have a crispy texture.

Peel of the plantains & use a peeler to peel them as seen in the picture then fry in hot oil until crisp & serve. You can sprinkle red pepper on it or salt. Enjoy bone appetite😋😋😋
