Cooking Instructions

In a large part add the chicken, tomatillos, sliced jalapeños, whole onion cut in 4ths, 3 garlic cloves and add chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

Once boiling, partially cover and simmer on low for 40mins.

Pull apart chicken and blend together the onions, garlic, tomatillos, and jalapeños. Return everything to pot.

Add hominy and bring to a boil for 15 more minutes.
