Cooking Instructions

Add flour, salt, oil and vinegar to a bowl and mix everything well. Add water and make a semi soft dough. Cover and keep it for 15 minutes to rest. Then divide it into 20 equal portions.

Now take two dough balls and roll it into 3 inch diameter. Now on one circle, apply generous amount of oil to cover the whole surface and sprinkle plain flour all over and cover it with the other part. Repeat the same using rest of the dough balls.

Now start rolling it into a thin circle.

Heat a pan and put the rolled out wrapper on it and roast it lightly on both sides. Let it puff up a bit so that it is easier to pull both wrappers apart. Do not roast it so much that it becomes hard and can not be filled with the filling. It might tear.

Now put it on a plate and separate both wrappers from each other while it is still hot. Don't let it cool otherwise it will not come out. Prepare all the wrappers in the same way. Cover it in a kitchen towel or store it in a plastic bag until use.

This spring roll wrappers can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Spring rolls prepared from this wrappers can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days before frying. It can be even frozen for a couple of months.
