Creamy Mushroom 🍄 Egg Noodle Dish

Ingredients

  1. 1 package (12 ounce)egg noodles
  2. Salt for boiling water
  3. 1 1/2 poundsground beef
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1green pepper, chopped
  6. 2 packs (16 ounce)fresh sliced mushrooms
  7. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  8. 1 tablespoonchili powder
  9. 6 clovesgarlic, minced
  10. 1 can (10.5 ounce)condensed tomato soup
  11. 1 can (10.5 ounce)condensed cream of mushroom soup
  12. Milk (just fill 1 of your soup cans with milk) 🙂

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté your ground beef in a large pot, drain any fat.......

  2. 2

    Add to ground beef your onion, green pepper, fresh mushrooms, black pepper, chili powder and minced garlic, sauté until veggies are tender.....

  3. 3

    Add into ground beef your condensed tomato soup, condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1 soup can of milk, bring to a boil stirring occasionally, then reduce heat to low and continue to cook for about 20 minutes.........

    Meanwhile bring a pot of water to boil for your egg noodles, don’t forget to salt your water!

    Boil egg noodles according to package directions and drain well, then add drained noodles to the ground beef mixture and stir gently, making sure pasta is fully coated with mushroom / ground beef sauce.........Remove from heat and let sit for about 10 minutes......

    Serve and enjoy 😉!!!

I just made this but modified it alittle, instead of chili podwer I used sweet and smokey rub and instead of egg noodles I used spinach spaghetti. When it was done I also threw in some cheddar chesse.
