Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 3 cansbeans. Try different types - I used 1 x black beans, 1 x red kidney beans, 1 x adzuki beans. Drain well
  2. 2 canslentils, drained
  3. 1large jar of sundried tomatoes (approx 500g), roughly chopped and reserving 1/2 cup of oil
  4. 425 gcanned tuna in water, drained and flaked
  5. 1small red onion, finely diced
  6. 1/2 bunchcoriander, roughly chopped
  7. 1/2 bunchmint, roughly chopped
  8. 3 tspgaram masala
  9. 1lime, juiced
  10. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle lightly with more garam masala to serve (optional)
