Cooking Instructions

Cream you baking pan, cover with parchment paper 2 8 inches on. And set aside. Also make your oven in on, on moderate heat.

Cream your butter and sugar on high speed till butter lightens in colour and becomes very fluffy and soft.

Pour in flavour into the milk then, gradually pour it in and keep beating on moderate speed.

Next pour egg and flour in batches and keep mixing lightly.

Lastly, add the brandy, this will soften up the mixture and give your cake that extra moist and make it really fluffy

Sieve the flour, add the baking powder and, salt

Immediate remove from.hest and set a baking rack to cool off.

Slice and enjoy with your favourite drink.... and thank me later.👌👊

Please note that you can do away with the brandy and just use only milk...alcohol actually will evaporate and only the spirit will remain..

Share the batter equally into the two cakes pans and bake on moderate heat for 30-40mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
