Cooking Instructions

Fry 1 chicken breast. When ready pull it apart into tiny pieces.

Mix together the garlic powder, oregano, chilli flakes, cayenne pepper and onion powder. Pat aside.

Chop one tomato, coriander, avocado, lemon juice and one onion. Add Jalapeno (optional), mix together and put aside.

Plate the nachos on the plate. Add half of the stuff from step 3, place the chicken bits, cover with the remaining stuff from step 3. Grate some cheese and sprinkle the spring onion.

Place the nachos in the oven, 180oC, fan, for 5 minutes.
