Vegetarian Tikka Masala Penne

Ingredients

  1. 0.5small onion
  2. 1small green chilli pepper
  3. 0.5carrot
  4. 4 tsptikka masala sauce
  5. 120 gpenne pasta
  6. 1tomato

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the pasta to a rolling boil of water, with some oil to avoid the pasta sticking.

  2. 2

    Chop the vegetable ingredients finely and put in a frying pan on low heat with 4 tsp of tikka masala sauce and warm with constant mixing. Do this for around 3 minutes.

    Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Bon apetit!
