  1. 3eggs
  2. Seasonings of choice
  3. Butter
  4. Scotched bonnet 1 (chopped)
  5. Onion (diced)
  6. Grinded garlic and ginger

Cooking Instructions

    In a diff bowl separate the egg white from the yolk.

    Add seasoning,s garlic and ginger to the egg white.

    Then add seasonings, ginger, bonnets and onion to the yolk

  4. 4

    Add the egg white first and roll it gently

  5. 5

    Then add the yolk and continue to roll until you are done.

    Enjoy with drink of your choice.

    Beat them well. Then greze your pan with butter.
