In a bowl whisk your eggs and add d seasonings.

Place your pan on a medium heat and add 1 tbl spoon of g/oil, place the bread and add egg,spring onion and scotch bonnet, allow to fry then turn d other side

Do same for the remaining bread and serve 😋😋
