Wanted something sweet n had this Cake mix on hand and made my own frosting to go with it 😊

We Iiked my chocolate angel food cake so much that I made a parfait for it. The strawberry cream is fresh, quick and goes really well with the cake for a pretty , light, delicious dessert!

There’s no butter in this cake, however, there IS a butter recipe cake mix used. It’s my version of an ooey gooey butter cake. I had to knock some of the cholesterol out of it. I am not disappointed at all with my results!

I have had jam cake made by putting jam between the layers. This is a spin on it.

This is my mother in laws famous chocolate sheet cake. She always tells me that she got it from her daughters mother in law. I have promised to pass it down to my kids too!

Who doesn't love chocolate cake?Especially one that is from scratch, and with sweet chocolate homemade icing/frosting! Yummy!!!!! It is so moist!!!!
