Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsoaked rice
  2. 1 litrewater
  3. 4potatoes cubed
  4. 4onions sliced
  5. 4green chillies chopped
  6. 2Tomatoes sliced
  7. 2 tablespoonscumin seeds
  8. 3 tablespoonsmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked the rice for 30 minutes

    Heat cooker and add oil in it

    Add cumin seeds

  4. 4

    Then add sliced onions, potatoes and green chillies

  5. 5

    Saute for 2 minutes

    Add tomatoes in it

    Fry it

  8. 8

    Add soaked rice

  9. 9

    Add water

  10. 10

    Cover the lid

  11. 11

    Wait for 1 whistle

  12. 12

    After whistle, turn off flame

  13. 13

    Wait for 10 minutes

  14. 14

    Then serve hot
