I found this in my recipy map it is out of an old cook book. But I didnot writed down wich one.
Steps

Melt 250 gr of chocolat with the butter. In a waterbad

Split the eggs. Whip the eggwhites with 50 gr sugar

Cream the yollks with the rest of the sugar.

Add the sifted flour, vanilla sugar, salt and cocos.
- 5
Fould in the whites.
- 6
Put in a buttered brownie tin.
- 7
Bake for about 35 min in a 180 °C preheated oven
- 8
Let cool.
Warm the rest of the chocolat and the cream and put over the whities.
Finish with the cocos chips
