Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season chicken breasts with 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp basil, ½ tsp thyme, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, and ½ tsp oregano.

In a large bowl, toss frozen veggies with 2–3 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Arrange chicken in the center of the sheet and surround with seasoned veggies.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally and the veggies are tender.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
