Ingredients

  1. Tofu (coagulated soy bean)
  2. 2 table spoonCorn flour
  3. 1 table spoonLime juice or white vinegar
  4. 1 tea spoonPepper mix
  5. Spring onions
  6. Corn flour slurry
  7. Sesame seeds
  8. Dried chili pepper
  9. Soy sauce
  10. Halfonion
  11. 2garlic cloves
  12. Seasonings

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut tofu into chunks & sprinkle corn flour on it as seen in the picture below 👇🏻then fry in hot oil until brown then remove from oil.

    In a pan add little oil & add the onions & chopped garlic sauté for a couple of minutes then add in the spring onion. Shallow fry for some minutes then add in the tofu stir & add in the seasoning.

    Followed by vinegar, dark soy sauce, pepper flakes, & corn flour slurry. (Corn flour mix in water). Stir every thing together then add in little amount of water for broth.

    When it thickens sprinkle some sesame seeds & drop dried chills & serve…Mammamia👌👍the flavor of this dish is outstanding😋😋😋& the taste is unmatched!!!
