Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 175 gbutter(half simas)
  3. 1/2 tbspnbaking powder
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1/2 cupsugar dessicated coconuts
  6. Coconut flavor

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, put in your butter and sugar beat well until creamy

  2. 2

    Break in your egg one after the other while beating

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl seive your flour and mix it with the baking powder and the coconut

  4. 4

    Then add the mixture of the dried ingredients in to the egg and butter mixture

  5. 5

    Mix well until fluffy

  6. 6

    Grease your cake pan while preheating your oven

  7. 7

    Then put the batter in to your pan and bake at a lower heat for 15-20 mins

  8. 8

    Then your cake is done, you decorate or serve with a drink or tea
