  1. 1.5 cupspoha (beaten rice)
  2. 1/4 spoonturmericpowder
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onions
  4. 1 spoonmustard seeds
  5. 2-2.5 spoonroasted peanuts
  6. leavesas required chopped green coriander
  7. 10-12curry leaves
  8. As Per Tastesalt
  9. 1 tspsugar /as needed
  10. 1 spoongreen chilli
  11. 1 spoonlemon juice /as needed
  12. 2-3 spoonsgrated coconut/as required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse poha in water till they soften. Now add salt sugar turmeric powder and mix gently.

    Heat oil in pan/kadai add oil mustard seeds add onions saute till transparent add curry leaves

  3. 3

    Add green chili chopped saute add roasted peanuts add poha stir and cover steam for 2 min.

    Switch off the flame open the lid sprinkle some lemon juice green coriander leaves grated coconut to give a gentle stir.

    Serve hot with roasted papad tea coffee yogurt.
