Take little oil roast the peanuts..and then remove the peanuts in one bowl..in the same oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves,onions, garlic and green chillies saute well..add turmeric powder and salt..mix it..

Add roasted peanuts and boiled potato to it..mix it well..now add the poha (to the poha add water let the poha be soaked and drain the water from poha immediatly)

Mix the poha well with all the masalas..close the gas and add lemon juice to it and add fresh coriander leaves..take out in a bowl garnish with sev..ready to serve
