Ingredients

  1. 1English cucumber
  2. 1/3 cupplain Greek yogurt
  3. 1tspn of lemon juice
  4. 1/2tspn of brown sugar
  5. 1/8tspn of ground cumin
  6. 1tspn of fresh mint (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Start by assembling ingredients and washing cucumber.

    Peel the cucumber and cut it down the middle, horizontally. With a spoon, remove the seeds and then cut it into pieces vertically.

    Add yogurt, lemon juice, brown sugar, cummin and mint.

    Mix ingredients together and serve cold!
