  1. 1 cupgreen peas
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1big onion
  4. 1 cuppieces of carrot, potato pieces
  5. 1 cupcoliflower
  6. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  7. Coriander
  8. 2 tablespoonoil
  9. 1 tablespoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  10. 11/2 tablespoonkanda lasun masala
  11. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste

    First of all take all chopped vegetables at one side. Then keep kadai on medium flame then add oil and make a tadka with the help of cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Also add curry leaves and chopped onion in it stir it. Then add ginger garlic paste also add red chilli powder kandalasun masala turmeric and again stir it.

    Now and all vegetables which are available like peas carrot cauliflower potato etc. Mix it well and then and water add salt as per taste. Keep lid on kadai and keep as it is for next 7 to 10 minutes on medium flame our kuruma is ready lastly and coriander leaves.

    Now make a wheat flour dough for Puris. make a big chapati and with the help of cutter make puri. Fry these puris and then serve with our kurma.
