Ingredients

1tsp.garammasala1sp.gingerpest1sp.
For1or2 servings
  1. 200 gmMaida / all purpose flour
  2. 150 gm.oil
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 75gmchana / chick peas
  5. 2tomato
  6. 1potato
  7. 2 tbspcoriander
  8. 1 tspcumin
  9. 1 tsphaldi / turmeric
  10. as requiredred chilli
  11. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    In maida add salt and oil bind with water.cut in to pieces,roll outdough and deep fry in hot oil and make the puri.

    Soak chana then boil it,in a pan heat oil add cumin and fry tomato along with all spices add boiled chana and potatoes and mix well cook for a minute and serve with poori
