In maida add salt and oil bind with water.cut in to pieces,roll outdough and deep fry in hot oil and make the puri.

Soak chana then boil it,in a pan heat oil add cumin and fry tomato along with all spices add boiled chana and potatoes and mix well cook for a minute and serve with poori
