Cooking Instructions

First take a blender put soaked dal add little water salt and one teaspoon oil to the blender blend it and keep aside

Now take a mixing bowl put refined flour blended mug dal fenugreek leaves termaric powder red chilli powder chat masala oil salt mix well then make a nice dough put little oil over the dough and keep in the closed bowl for ten minutes then open the bowl make balls and roll like puri

Heat the pan put oil and deep fry all the rolls tasty puri is ready.

Now curry -heat another pan put two table spoons oil in the pan add jeera when sprinkles add carrot pieces beans fry add termaric powder red chilli powder mix well add capsicum then tomatoes mix add paneer pieces

Add dry roasted jeera dhania powder mix well add little water to the pan and put the lid to the pan boil three to four minutes then remove the cover and put to the plate

Tasty puri and curry is ready
