Cooking Instructions
- 1
Gather all the ingredients. Turn on the stove and place a pan on it. Add oil and let it heat up. Once hot, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When they start to crackle, add green chilies and sauté briefly.
- 2
Once sautéed, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté again. Add sesame seeds and sauté a little more, then add 1 cup of water.
- 3
When the water starts boiling, add chili flakes, black pepper, and salt. Gradually add semolina while continuously stirring with a spatula. Once the water is absorbed, turn off the heat.
- 4
Transfer the semolina mixture to a ghee-greased plate and let it cool slightly. Peel and grate the potatoes, then mix them into the semolina. Add fried curry leaves and rice flour. Mix everything well to form a dough-like consistency.
- 5
Grease a board with oil. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a long shape as shown in the picture. Cut it into small pieces with a knife. Shape all pieces similarly.
- 6
Place a pan on the stove and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add a few pieces of the semolina potato mixture and fry until golden brown. Repeat with all pieces.
- 7
Delicious semolina potato bites are ready. Transfer them to a serving plate, serve with chutney or tomato sauce, and enjoy with hot tea.

Small Sweet Potato Bites Small Sweet Potato Bites
I had sweet potatoes left over from last week and wanted to use them up aside from making side dishes.I was looking for something bite-sized I could have with tea.Cultured butter and condensed milk give a round and mild aroma, and the black sesame gives a boost of fragrance. If you have leftover heavy cream and granulated sugar, whip and serve together. It's delicious! You can slightly increase the amount of granulated sugar or condensed milk if you wish. Simple potato wedges Simple potato wedges
This came from finally having a working oven after years of not being able to afford one. Potatoes are incredibly cheap and I wanted a good way to use a lot of them at once. Everything about this is flexible, use what is available and cheap for you Bella Danforth
