Steps

Take semolina in a bowl add water and leave for 2 hours. After then add card, salt and sugar and mix well.

Take a pan and heat oil add mustard seeds, chopped capsicum and tomatoes saute for 2 minutes add turmeric and chilli powder. Mix well and add it semolina batter. Mix together all.

Take a appam pan and add oil pour batter by a spoon into pan. Cover with a lid and cook for 3/4 minutes in low flame. After cooking one side turns another side. Cook until it turns golden. Serve it hot with chutney.
