Cooking Instructions

Combine 2 tbsp flour, panko bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, make a slurry of cornflour and all-purpose flour. Season medium sized boneless cod fish fillets with 1 tbsp cornflour,red chilli and black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt for 10 minutes.Then add onion, ginger garlic, coriander and green chillies paste,1/4 tsp salt and lemon juice.Mix all and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Dip the fish fillets in cornflour slurry turning once..Then dredge in the bread crumb mixture to coat.Repeat with remaining fillets.Refrigerate till ready to fry.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Deep fry fish in batches till crispy and golden brown on top.Flip and fry the other side of fish in low to medium heat till evenly brown on both sides.

Serve hot immediately delicious panko crumb crusted boneless fish with salad, french fries and sauce or dips of choice.
