Ingredients

  1. 3 pieceswood ear mushrooms
  2. 1carrot
  3. 1 handfulenoki mushrooms
  4. 1 packagesilken tofu
  5. 2-3eggs
  6. 1-2chili peppers
  7. 1green onion
  8. Seasonings
  9. White vinegar, to taste
  10. Ground black pepper, to taste

  12. Salt, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Slice all the ingredients into thin strips and set aside.

    Add a little oil to a pot. Sauté the sliced ingredients until softened, then add enough water. Bring to a boil, pour in the beaten eggs while stirring, then season with white vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
