Ingredients

  1. 12 clovesgarlic
  2. 2Thai chili
  3. 4 TbsSugar
  4. 1.5 TbsFish Sauce
  5. 1/4 tspmsg
  6. 1large lime juice
  7. 3 TbsDistilled White Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in food processor and minced. Stir till sugar dissolves, adjust to your taste accordingly. Should be more citrusy to accommodate the vinaigrette dressing that’s goes with the salad mix.
