Ingredients

  1. 1/4cabbage chopped
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 3large tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 tspcurry powder
  5. 50 mlcooking oil
  6. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Place onions in sufuria and add cooking oil.

    When starting to turn brown add tomatoes and curry powder.

  3. 3

    Stir as they soften and get crashed.

  4. 4

    Add cabbage and stir. Add salt and add ¼cup water and cover

  5. 5

    After 5 minutes turn off heat and serve with ugali
