Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. Red oil,local maggi,fresh tomatoes,knorr,fresh pepper
  3. Beef

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the rice inside pot and parboil for 15 minutes. Wash the rice twice and then cook again till soft.

    Grate the tomatoes, and boil for 30 minutes. Slice onions.

    Steam the meat and spice it with 2 cubes of knorr,onions, a teaspoonful of salt and a teaspoonful of dry grounded pepper. Add a cup of water.

    The meat is steamed for 40 minutes. Turn the meat with the water to a bowl.

    Put the empty pot on heat and when it's hot,pour 3/4 cup of red oil into it and bleach the oil

    After 3 minutes, pour sliced onions to the pot,and then the cooked tomatoes and stir

    After 2 minutes, pour the meat with the water to the pot. Then add a cube of knorr, pounded fresh pepper (3 pieces),1/2 teaspoonful of local maggi.

    Add a little water if it seems too dry. But if not,it's not necessary.

    Keep stirring the pot in minutes' interval for like five minutes, then keep the pot down. Food is ready.
