Ingredients

1 hr:20minutes
  1. 2 cupslocal rice
  2. Halfcup of Palm oil
  3. 1ball of Locust beans (opehi)
  4. Smoked fish
  5. Slicetomatoes
  6. Fresh pepper
  7. Onions
  8. Crayfish
  9. 1 handfulUgu (optional)
  10. 2Seasoning cubes
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice 4 to 5 times with cold water and set aside

  2. 2

    Add palm oil to your cooking pot, add onions

  3. 3

    Add sliced tomatoes and pepper, keep stirring and allow to fry.

  4. 4

    Wash and shred the smoked fish and add to the frying tomatoes and pepper

  5. 5

    Add enough water that can cook the rice, add seasoning cube and salt

  6. 6

    Add the washed rice cover and allow to cook

  7. 7

    Once the water is almost drying add the cryfish

  8. 8

    Finally, add the ugu and allow to simmer and turn off the heat.
