Cooking Instructions

chop four medium to small potatoes
- 2
chop tomato and onion together and gather your seasonings.
- 3
turn your stove on med and set desired amount of oil into pan.
- 4
when oil starts popping add in your potatos. alternate between med and high temps. coat potatos with seasoning.
- 5
use spatula to turn potatos every so often.
- 6
add onions and tomatos.
- 7
when done top with cheese while its in the frying pan.
- 8
serve and garnish with your toppings.
