Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 300° F

Beat egg whites until foamy

Add cream of tartar

Beat until egg whites are stiff enough to stand up in peaks but not dry

Add sugar 2 Tbsp. at a time beating thoroughly after each addition

Fold in peppermint extract and chocolate chips
- 7
Drop from spoon onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet
- 8
Bake 10-12 minutes. If the cookies are sticky add 1 minute of cook time
