Ingredients

  • Balls
  • 1 cupPeanut butter
  • 1/2 cupButter, softened
  • 1 cupPowdered sugar
  • 1 cupCoconut
  • 2 cupRice crispies
  • Coating
  • 1/4Bar of paraffin wax
  • 250 gramsDark chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream peanut butter and butter together.

  2. 2

    Add powdered sugar.

  3. 3

    Fold in coconut.

  4. 4

    Fold in rice crispies.

  5. 5

    Chill for 20 minutes to set.

  6. 6

    Form into 1 inch ball and place on wax paper on cookie sheet.

  7. 7

    Melt 1/4 bar of paraffin wax in pot on low.

  8. 8

    Add chocolate and melt.

  9. 9

    Roll balls in chocolate and place on wax paper.

  10. 10

    Chill or freeze until set.
