Mojito Dash

I needed a home made refreshing drink and a friend suggested this so I made it and enjoyed with my family
Cooking Instructions

Measure 1 cup of sugar into a litre of water and simmer for 2-4minutes to make the sugar syrup & allow to cool

Wash grapefruits & mint leaves. Dice each grapefruit into 4 halves and de-seed

Slice Lemon and cucumber into thin round slices, then cut each round slice in half

In a mug/glass, add in cucumber, grapefruit, lemon and mint leaves

Add in some ice cubes
- 6
Squeeze in a teaspoonful of lemon juice
- 7
Add in some sugar syrup and rum(if you're using, if not just prepare without the rum)

Then serve... The flavor is refreshingly beautiful
