  2. ◼ 1 cup - cooked rice (mashed)
  3. ◼ 1 cup - rice flour
  4. ◼ Half spoon soda
  5. ◼ Salt as per taste

    Mix all the ingredients & knead with water.
    ◼ Apply some oil & keep aside for 5 minutes.
    ◼ Take small portion of dough & make spindle like shape (or any desired shape)
    ◼ Take pan with 2 glass water, some salt, half spoon oil & let water boil.
    ◼ In boiling water put all spindles just for 2 minutes.
    ◼ Now take spindles out in strainer put cold water. Let it be in strainer for 5 minutes.

    ◼ Take spindles in pan. (No flame)
    ◼ Sprinkle red chilly powder, chaat masala, amchur, all as per taste. (Don't Mix)

    TEMPERING ➡
    ◼ Heat 2 small spoons oil in pan.
    ◼ Add 4-5 green chillies, 1spoon mustard seeds, half spoon cumin seed, 10-15 curry leaves, let crackle.
    ◼ Pour this tadkaa over spindles.
    ◼ Flame ON, mix spindles gently just for one minute.
    ◼ Take faraa in serving plate garnish with fresh green coriander leaves.
    ◼ Ready to get served / attacked 😊

    NOTE➡
    ◼ Leftover rice turns the dish super yummy.
    ◼ Don't over boil spindles.
