Lajabab Paneer

Cut paneer in pieces. Now take in a bowl.

Add ginger garlic paste, curd lemon juice, red chili powder and salt. Mix it well. Now keep it for 30 min for marination.

After 30 min, heat a pan, apply oil, and put marinated paneer.

Flip every side of paneer, and roast it till golden brown. Remove in a plate.

Now, heat oil in a pan, add almonds and cashewnuts. Roast till golden brown.

Add chopped onion. Mix well, cook till golden brown.

Now off the flame, keep mix aside for cool down. Now make paste.

Now in remaining oil, add ginger garlic paste, saute for 2 min.

Add onion mix. Mix it well.

Now add tomato puree. Mix it well. Cook for 2 min. Add spices. Saute it.

Now add water, and cover it and cook for 5 min.

Now add remaining marination, and paneer cubes. Mix it well, and cook for 4-5min.

Now add kasoori mathi, mix it well. Add green coriander, mix it. Our lajabab paneer is ready.
