Butternut squash sauté

Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  1. to tastesalt & pepper
  2. 4 leavesfresh sage
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 4tbls olive oil
  5. 1large shallot minced
  6. 3 cupsbutternut squash cubed
  7. 4 slicesbacon cooked and crumbled
  8. 3 oz.blue cheese crumbled

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Bake sqaush until tender with drizzle of olive oil salt and pepper. 350° about 25 min.

    Saute shallot in oil with garlic til tender but not browned. Add sage. Cook for one minute.

  3. 3

    Add sauted mixture to squash and top with bacon and blue cheese. Serve warm.
