Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsall purpose flower
  2. 1 cuprolled oats
  3. 1/2 cuplight brown sugar
  4. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  5. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1egg
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. 1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
  10. 1 1/3 cupmashed bananas
  11. 1/3 cupcanola oil

Cooking Instructions

    Grind Oats

    Add all dry ingredients together.

    Add all wet ingredients together.

  4. 4

    Stir all ingredients together. Let sit for a few minutes (2-4). Stir some more and then pour into 12 muffin cups.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.

    Take out of oven. Let sit in pan for 5 minutes and then serve.
