  2. 4 tbspactive yeast
  3. 1 tbspsalt
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. Diced onion and pepper

    Mix semo and yeast with warm water

    Allow it to rise 1hr 30minute

    Add diced pepper, onion,add salt,sugar and mix. Fry in masa pan (tandar masa)

    Enjoy with any kind of soup you like
