Cooking Instructions

Boiled water then wash rice add on, wash and chopping attarugu,onion, tomatoes and red pappe set a side.

Cook rice for 20 minutes then drain in the colander, add oil on pot add chopped ingredients then fry for 5 minutes add water allow it to boiled,

Add maggi and salt, with onion, add rice, then add tumeric and curry. Keep cooking for another 20 minutes till done. Enjoy.

What inspired me to come up with this method of Chinese rice was the fact that I keep seeing Chinese rice served the usual way which is mostly white in color,no tumeric or curry is usually added to it.So I tried my own method by giving it a twist which is adding tumeric to it so that I will see how it turns out to be,it actually came out yummy and delicious which made hubby to make it his favorite and since then we don’t eat Chinese rice outside but our own method at home. #Ashlab# s and h kitchen
