Cooking Instructions

Wash & season chicken breast, add salt, seasoning & black pepper, cook until soft then shred & allow to cool.

Wash/clean and cut the lettuce

Wash/clean remaining veggies and cut into vertical strips except for the carrot which is prefered grated.

Meanwhile, boil egg and cut as desired.
- 5
Lastly, plate all side by side and garnish with sliced onions and the boiled egg.
- 6
Drizzle with any veniegrete of choice just before serving.
