Ingredients

  • 2boiled eggs
  • 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 4 tbsponion paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Fry the eggs, Potatoes and add ginger garlic paste

  3. 3

    Add onion paste and saute well

  4. 4

    Add tomato and red chilli Powder

  5. 5

    Now add water and simmer till everything get combined,it is ready.
