  1. 250 grambathua
  2. 2 cupfresh curd
  3. 1 spoonsalt
  4. 2 pinchblack salt
  5. 1 tsproasted cumin seeds
  6. 2 pinchblack pepper powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly take out all the leaves and waah properly.

  2. 2

    Now boil it in a cooker till 1 whistle.

  3. 3

    Let it cool.

  4. 4

    Grind it and make a smooth paste.

  5. 5

    Now churn curd with a churn.

  6. 6

    Mix curd in bathua paste.

  7. 7

    Add all the spices and mix well.

  8. 8

    Enjoy it in sunlight of winters.
