  1. 2cucumbers
  2. 6-8lemon juice
  3. 2 handfulmint leaves
  4. Thumb size ginger
  5. Sugar as required
  6. Cold water as required

    Wash and cut cucumbers,ginger into small cubes

  2. 2

    Add to a blender and blend until smooth, then sift to remove fibre

  3. 3

    Wash lemon, cut and squeeze out the juice

  4. 4

    Then blend well the mint leaves

  5. 5

    Add the lemon juice and mint leave to the cucumber concentrate through a fine strainer, add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve chilled with ice blocks
